Macca performance is now on iPlayer for those that were looking for it.
Doubt many will bother.
Oh, they will.
Given the overwhelmingly positive reviews, it will probably be the most-watched item on iPlayer.

Just caught up watching First Aid Kit on iplayer. Those girls can sing, thought they were excellent.
First heard of them about 7 or 8 year ago when a young girl joined the company I worked for and raved about them - she was a Glastonbury attender. shortly afterwards they appeared on the Andrew Marr Sunday show of all things - two demure young girls in perfect harmony. Nearly bought the CD on that performance but didn't as it all sounded very similar. Did enjoy this 2022 set though, they've come a long way, although a good cover, Don Henley's "Boyss of Summer" was an odd choice.

Being a bit sad but it’s time to hang up the performing now Paul. Your rubbish.

Petshop Boys live on iPlayer other stage now

Shame it’s not Saturday night. Would have had a few drinks and cranked it up
I've cranked it up. No drinks, though.

I just don't see this. The guy is one of the most influential musicians of our time, his music shaped popular music thereafter. He is 80 yet looks and moves like he's in his 60s and he can still play guitar, piano and sing. He may have lost some of the strength in his voice but he hit the high notes easier than Dave Grohl did!

Agreed, talented as he is…..the stages should be reversed.
The pet shop boy is fantastic, where is Chris Lowe?

Pet Shops Boys are ducking brilliant and the crowd are absolutely loving it. That’s how to do a festival set.

Watching PSB on BBC4. They must have had some electrical/sound issues at the start that prevented Chris Lowe taking up his position at the keyboards located front stage. Made for a strange first 30 minutes wondering if Chris had forgotten to turn up.
All sorted when they went to the full stage set up with Chris, backing musicians and dancers.

To be honest, I don’t agree with the reviews, I thought the performance was poor. I just think it’s arse kissing.

Wheeling out Bruce Springsteen and Dave Grohl and keep banging on ‘they’ve come here especially…’ They’ve turned up cos they’re getting paid a barrow full of cash for 10 minutes on stage.

I love the Beatles and Macca but I was disappointed.

You really think at this stage of their careers Bruce and Dave are doing it for money?

Bruce alone has a net worth of over $700 Million. At 72 years old that is going to take a lot of spending. Living on a farm in NJ is probably not going to put much of a dent in that pile of cash.

PSB were fantastic and just watching YungBlood after someone mentioned him earlier - the lad sure knows how to belt out a track and entertain a crowd!

Was also mildly surprised at how many songs of his I actually recognised - I have Radio 1 on in the background most days whilst working, so I presume they have slipped into my head subconsciously.

Easy choice, BBC four it was and I though PSB were great.

I honestly can’t tell you a thing about Kendrick Lemar. Keep fairly current but have absolutely no idea about his music. And wasn’t interested enough to find out instead of PSB.
