There are moments when you think “yes, you’ve sussed it, keep going”…then they write a completely different name.
It’s like they have the memories of a mayfly for what has happened before

3 Episodes in to Aus S2 and shame they followed suit from US S1 and used reality show contestants for half the cast. I love Aussie Survivor and Luke was one of my favourite players but why spoil a winning formula? No wonder its been cancelled if they were paying fees for these muppets who are either checking themselves out in a mirror or ganging up on the person who said the wrong thing.

Aus2 has created a new high bar.
Never have I wanted to punch someone from the telly more...
And having just watched the utterly brilliant last episode, it's rare I've cackled with laughter more at the twists and turns.
Yep, the Meme to end all Memes appears in that episode. Never have I wanted to punch someone from the telly more...

Just watched season 2 of the Aussie version.
Totally different to the UK. I've never been so angry at a group of people on TV lol.
Give it a watch as plays out like non of the other versions.
I guarantee you'll be shouting at the TV lol

I’m half way through and I thought the brits were bad. These guys couldn't find a beer in a brewery
Lmao. If Sam stood up at banishment and said “ffs I am a traitor you fools” they would reply with “thats exactly what a traitor would say”. Two clued up players Luke and barbie lass yet drowned out by a pack of f![](/inc/images/censored.gif)
Just finished Aussie S2. Unbelievable how bad the faithful were - especially as one was a former federal agent and another a highly decorated undercover cop. That either tells you how hard the game is or not to have any faith in aussie law enforcement.
As for the final dilemma, it seems a no brainer to choose steal as its the only way you dont end up being the only one that loses out.

I tried the Aussie series 1, some of the challenges/tasks were really clever and the host was fun but I found the contestants almost to a man/woman/child either irritating or down right obnoxious. Whereas the British contestants were almost universally likeable (I did find Aubrey irritating but he was first out so didn't really feature). I suspect the Aussies deliberately chose that kind of person to make sure they got conflict? I got most of the way through and found I was just skipping through most of it to get to the challenges and the round table and in the last one I just decided that I didn't care enough to watch it. Don't think I'll bother with the US one, though I hear that the NZ one is quite good?
