On the point of Harry not having a number for his son:

Really? Sir Harry, boss of Mi6 can't find a phone number for his son?

Really?
I think the whole point was as above, Harry is MI5.. I don't think we even knew he had family until that, and it was as if Harry saw that as the end of MI5 for him so he had family time then?
His daughter was in Series 3 - the episode where Adam's wife was introduced. I think the son was also said to be a drug addict in the episode where Connie killed Ben.

OK 2 things:

1. Lucas on the building, I thought I heard running feet and then Lucas was gone. No idea if he jumped or just legged it.

2. Harry's phone call in the Rangie to his "daughter" . No speculation on that? Especially the reference to inviting her brother along but not having current contact info for him?
Daughter has been in previous series... don't recall a son though.

I'm sure he went to watch his son play rugby in the last series, or the one before that.

Was not when he went to tell Wes that his dad (Adam) had been killed?

Why did Harry kill the former home secretary? Not sure if I've just forgotten or was something to do with last series which I've not watched.

Which is the script reason (as opposed to the actor availability reason) that Adam wasn't coming back - you do not tell an eight year old boy that his father is dead unless it's true.

Maybe Harry had his fingers crossed when he said it?

Watched this today thought it was quite a good ending, didn't really like Lucas that much so not a big loss IMO, would have preferred to have seen the back of him in the last series. Think this series was an improvement on the rubbish we had last year, but not quite the best.

Think Adam may come back, who knows. If we had him and Harry in the next series it would be pretty awesome, but might not get either of them. Also wonder if the Alec White bloke they brought in to help find Lucas/ John will stay on? He seemed to fit the role quite well. Just a shame have to wait nearly another year for it to all start again frown Can I buy a complete box-set of all series to date from anywhere?

Is it just me or was Armitage's acting even worse when he actually was trying to express emotion and angst?

Muppet of an actor! Where is Kermit or Beaker?

Really spoils it although story was OK and believable although far fetched....

I thought tjis was supposed to be the last ever series?

For what it's worth I thought the last 2 episodes of this series were absolutely World Class.
