There was no mention of the lawyer having a family in last seasons, was there?
May be having a senior moment but the family side involved the ageing billionaire not the lawyerUnless I'm missing something?

Marty is not her "husband", Honey is now working at Rose & Associates, which is owned by Marty Rose (one of Honey's old law professor's). The company is setup in a house (not the same house she was shot in). The "daughter" is the daughter of the judge shot by Rogers, not Honey's daughter.
Unless I'm missing something?
That's my interpretation, so far, yep.Unless I'm missing something?
ETA: watched 2 eps yesterday, 2 this morning.
Now want the next, ASAP!

I'm feeling this plot much more far fetched and many corners been cut compared to the usually meticulous scripts. Honey being present at two separate murders now, no mention of police involvement or her giving statements etc for the drowning one, and yeah, OK, the other one won't be discovered until the container lands but would there not be cctv etc ousting her at or near the scene once investigated. These kind of details would usually be dealt with on Bosch. Perhaps I'm just used to the high bar but am enjoying the performances, just not the storyline so much.

Well, it's pretty much the same production and writing team as "Bosch" - with Connelly writing input same as well, so I suspect while there may be a change in tone and approach - less procedural and less constrained (PI & attorney seeking revenge privately and not so confined by the "law") - the quality and attention to detail remains, at least in my eyes.JonChalk said:

Did I imagine it, or is the series version of The Lincoln Lawyer released today on Netflix? This is another Michael Connolly creation.
Yes, it's out tonight.Smollet said:
