Trying to create the content people want to the standard they expect with a very small team when you're on an event is super difficult - even something trivial as getting a drive by shot can become nearly impossible.
On most press launches the YouTubers are the first to leave and the last to arrive - it takes a lot longer for us to do our thing than traditional journos

BTW Jayemm, loved the Prelude vid. A mate had a 4WS one and the handling was crazy good for something so comfy and 80's.

I am thinking he means when they all get to their cars on a launch, the YTers are the first to leave the press launch car park with their test car and last to arrive back to press launch base that day as they had to spend longer doing shots, camera work etc than simply drive and write.
Exactly that.To give you some context of how hard he works, Tim's Roma video was out before I got home.

And an interesting thing is that Shmee put out a few highly edited videos a few years ago (remember his Mille Miglia video as a comparison with Sam's) but he used not to get any more views for highly edited videos than for much more simple ones, and today his editing style is very simple. To give you some context of how hard he works, Tim's Roma video was out before I got home.

HubNut's ability to rhyme off makes, models and facts of cars off the cuff never fails to impress.
This is HubNut back at what he’s good at, I actually enjoy this contentHopefully he gets that bloody Daihatsu Charade finished as they are by far the dullest videos.

For anyone that watched the STG Mille Miglia videos, I suggest watching/listening to the latest BTG episode which is a Behind The Scenes of their trip.
Just watched that, somehow what they found doesn't sound too surprising. Probably gives some ideas about the difficulty of filming it thoughkonster296 said:
Dan’s probably the only automotive YouTube whose humour appeals to pretty much every age of car enthusiast.
The little edits appeal to the zoomers and his commentary appeals to the slightly older age group.
Yeah it's just spot on, and why he's my favourite on YT. I'll watch a 30min vid of him servicing his M3 and enjoy it. No fake persona. The little edits appeal to the zoomers and his commentary appeals to the slightly older age group.

Luckily he had a plethora of YouTube content to cement the charges.
