Are we taking bets on the next round? My prediction is that Rahul makes a great comeback and Kim-Joy stumbles. But that's only because I'm nervous and like K-J so much.
I think Rahul & KJ will go through, and probably Briony as she's improved in recent weeks. I reckon Ruby will crumble under the pressure of semi-final/patisserie.

I wouldn't mind crumbling Ruby's patisserie!

Ruby might win again today but I've no idea who is going.

Good episode. I have to admit I didn't expect Ruby to get this far but she's holding her own and deserves to go through.

I still want KJ to win because she's the most fun and if I had the chance to ask any of them to bake me a cake it would be her.

That's plain weird....
I'm in the Ruby camp & sod what her cakes taste like.

Hmm, of the three female semi-finalists:

Ruby - cleavage on show - proceed to final, and star baker
Kim-Joy - slightly less cleavage on show - proceed to final
Bryony - no cleavage on show - eliminated

I don't think he's play-acting in any way. I reckon he really is that naive and un-worldly-wise. A young Asian lad more used to his family and ethnic culture than the whims of sophisticates like PH members.

He just doesn't "get" the jokes aimed at him because they're not something he's come across before. I suspect he does not have a wide circle of friends.

Kim-Joy's cheeks.....

a) blusher
b) she's a leftover muse for Mabel Lucie Attwell
c) they're broken veins from overdosing on Snakebite

Weird, just weird.......

He's also quite clearly on the spectrum, which may explain a fiar bit.

I said to my missus that we saw more of her arse than her face in the first 10 minutes, pretty blatant by the team there. Not that I'm complaining of course.

He’s just like a guy I used to know, down to the job (research scientist) and the rimless specs.
The social nuances just seemed to pass him by, although he was extremely smart and knowledgeable on a great deal of subjects.

Any predictions?

I can't see Rahul getting all 3 tasks right. I like him but I think he'll muck one up whereas the other 2 will do OK. Being the pessimistic type I'm saying Ruby will win. Nothing against her at all but I just like KJ most who I'm putting second. C'mon KJ!

My money's on KJ, she seems to be the most consistent and tends to get her timings right so ends up with a "finished" bake. Ruby to come a close second, but I don't think Rahul will do it as he seems to have lost his way over the last few weeks.
