There is clearly a set of emails and phone recordings made by Second Sight, being released through the media. Have they been disclosed to the enquiry in advance, or after the fact? It’s clearly orchestrated to maximise the impact with its timing. Seems odd to me if they’ve been given to the media but not the inquiry.
I wonder if Vennells will have a diagnosis that might explain her mindset, and get her sympathy.
She seems to have zero self-awareness, and a real competitive streak to clamber up the poles of industry and the established Church.
Being a confidante of the Archbishop of Cant, and banging on about her religious beliefs seems like not quite there to me.

Well, I was wrong, she turned up a little while ago and was mobbed, as you would expect. Shepherded in by, presumably, her lawyer, she was slightly 'tight lipped' 
Depressingly, I expect a day of 'I can't recall, remember, not my responsibility
, wasn't told' etc. etc. "Ms Vennels, did you lie to the Select Committee in 2015?!
"I don't recall!"
Or maybe just "Nurse, where am I?
