The countries who are part of the screwed economies, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Iceland and Spain are using the Father Ted method of not having to host it next year.

Portugal - YMCA vs Allo Allo.

Iceland - Sad song about a dead bloke by guys who look like they've been to a wedding and changed into jeans.

Greece - Just terrible rap / ballad all male duet

Ireland - Jedward.

Spain - Pay for it anyway.

Yes surprisingly they do. It is one of the PH highlights of the year, has been since 2006,(when Lordi won) at least. We usually get up to 60pages plus in 4 hours.

Just checking in, 5th Eurovision thread for me, woohoo! And Lordi's still the only winner I remember.

Did you see that Armenian bird? Fine pectoral embellishments on that lass.

Jedward are not going to sing for Europe. They will dance for Europe and let four others do the singing for them.

The UK can produce some awesome music - why are we so crap at Eurovision? And if Cox is commentating, I won't watch it. Her voice makes me want to hurt kittens.

Well, we are having a Eurovison piss up here in Russia. We will be watching it on TV and listening to it via Radio 2 on the internet!

Sad? Probably, but it's fun to laugh at ourselves and the rest of Europe.

Second Semi Final is on this evening.

May be your only chance to see Jedward, if they don't qualify tonight.

It had:

Fake tan.
Boobs.
Short Skirts.
Capes.

x2

A wind machine.
A key change.

All it was missing was a costume change.

The songs seem to be much more "Eurovision" tonight than in the first semi-final. And all the better for it smile
