Re the Daniel Sturridge rumours... seems that he has accepted a Sky Sports job then.

Adam Thomas has been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis... sounds as though he might struggle.

Yeah - I think they have pretty much run out of ‘stars’ prepared to totally commit potentially 4 months of their lives, despite the kudos, fame etc. Hence the net is cast wider to younger yoof types, and a few that couldn’t get on a few years ago. There will come a time they will really struggle to fill the roster.

There was a bit of banter after one of Lucy Worsley's talks we went to a few years back. She'd done a documentary with Len Goodman and someone asked her about her doing Strictly. She said that she's an odd combination of an introvert who likes showing off, but had recently got married and had agreed with her husband not to ever take part in Strictly.

A bit of a guilty pleasure for me I have to admit.

Makes me think Christmas can't be that far away as it finishes shortly before.

Anyhow, I'd like to see Angela Rippon do well. And I think Les Dennis will be good.

None of the celebs have irritated me yet so all good.

Shirley dressed like a canary tonight, glad to see the judges wardrobes haven't run out of surprises yet.

Les Dennis' partner is going to break him.

I think the bloke from Casualty will do well - Katya Is worth an extra 2 points every week.

I thought the same sex partnership looked great together.
