IIRC thats the incident when one of the cops is charging up the hard shoulder and smashes right into a stationary cop car sitting there with the lights blazing - much to the displeasure of his colleague
Wasn't a big shunt but still had to laugh at all the "We're specially trained drivers - that's why we can drive like this" bull they spout through it.

He could have backed off until he was sure the Clio driver was aware of him.
