Mr Bates vs The Post Office
Discussion
ffs This woman must have her name written inside her knickers and everything! She can't remember any fkin thing. Can't recall POL's General Council telling her there would be many successful claims arising from wrongful prosecutions! But She can't remember it! FRO PV, you're a fookin liar being [i] fookin economical with the truth, in my honest opinion! That would be absolute dynamite just before YOU have to present the legal report to the board, and you've just been told that!
NB: I'm a bit behind as you can see. Do you think I can sue her for damages if I throw something heavy at her face on my tv?
edit just in case the b*tch reads this and goes all legal on my ar*se!

You can look at that from the other side as well, my biggest team was around 45 people with 4-5 direct reports, there were a number of people that when faced with an issue would just throw it up the line (here you go not my issue) that gets wearing and shows them to be completely disinterested in resolving issues which is a core part of anyone's working day.
You can tell me as much bad news as you want but you better also tell me what you have done to resolve it (that's not the same as resolving it) come in for advice, come in for support and help but don't walk in st on the desk and then walk out.
Totally agree with your last paragraph- it’s what I always told my staffYou can tell me as much bad news as you want but you better also tell me what you have done to resolve it (that's not the same as resolving it) come in for advice, come in for support and help but don't walk in st on the desk and then walk out.

Yup.What a horror.
Jason is getting under her skin, isn't he: she is now looking quite flushed, despite trying to keep her calm countenance.
I'm sure I'm catching the occasional chuckle or snort from the people watching.
Pure evil!

I'm struggling a bit with what she (and others) can actually be charged with. Probably a bit of lying, under oath etc - but what sort of real 'heavy' charges are going to be possible when nearly all involved have handily 'forgotten' or 'can't recall' so much ???
