Ahh, another storyline to watch out for then.
I'm only just caught up from last week... Isn't the funeral today? Last I heard, Will "isn't going" to the funeral.... The thing that irritates me about this part of the story is that while this is tragic, I just don't believe the way that Will is acting around it.

Is it just me, or was someone different playing Jill Archer last week?
Okay, I admit, it was me.or a black leg? My members want an answer! I think we should be told!
( Could be)
Is it just me and Mrs Doofus who have developed a real fear of sepsis? I'm a keen car tinkerer, and she's a gardener. I've gone and bought protective gloves (because somebody on another thread told me you get porous as you age, or somesuch) and all kinds of stuff, and so has she.
These days, we're forever running into the house for Savlon, clean water, plasters and the like. Before Nic popped off, I wore cuts and scratches like badges of honour. Dirty fingernails were a Monday morning sign of a weekend well spent. Now, my medals are plasters and micropore and my fingernails look more like those of a tailor than a mechanical bodger.
I may be in danger of developing a washing OCD. Please say we're not alone.

You will both die. Probably not from sepsis. Most likely heart disease, then dementia. These days, we're forever running into the house for Savlon, clean water, plasters and the like. We've been a bit the same tbh, especially my other half. The problem with sepsis is that most of the time, a mucky cut on your finger is no big deal. But knowing that 1 in a 1000 times (or whatever) it could actually kill you is a sobering though. These days, we're forever running into the house for Savlon, clean water, plasters and the like.
