I think the small Asian girl Trishna is in it to win it seems like probably the only credible candidate left putting a bit of work in.
I had thought Paul was OK up until last night and just realised what a complete idiot he is. There is nothing wrong with showing a bit of desire to win which can come across as mildly aggressive. He just came across as unable to take any form of feedback and learn from it. Complete know it all and the EGO came out.

To be honest - i don't think they were putting that on.
Paul turned them inside out and manipulated them - it's something called gas lighting - look it up.
Often used by controlling partners in abusive relationships. A particularly nasty sort of mind game

I think she's in with a good chance of winning, I reckon it will be Trishna vs Alana in the final.Sofiane's on borrowed time, I did think they'd keep him in until the interview stage as they always like to keep a gobby one in for the amusement factor, but he's gone quiet in the last few weeks so think he'll be out sooner and they'll keep Jessica in to watch her fall apart instead. Courtney just looks lost all the time, doesn't really know where his strong points are (if he has any) - it's definitely not public speaking
Frances was lucky Paul went this week, the rest of the candidates will be unaware of how badly she stabbed him in the back in the boardroom. It will be interesting to see if she tries the same tactics again, although I think her time is coming to an end, too many defeats surely?
Grainne(?) will also go soon, she keeps getting picked up on mistakes and then goes quiet rather than try to defend herself. And at some point Lord Sugar will surely call time on Dillon's panto audition
I didin't understand Frances' gameplan.
When they were in the same team she was sucking up to Paul like nobody's business. She even agreed to go onto the other team. All she needed to do was to keep her mouth shut in the Board Room and he wouldn't have taken her in for the Final 3. But she turned on him and he used that as an excuse to take her in.

I think she was starting to take a bit of a kicking with regards being in charge of the food (her quote was "the mum part of me will sort out the food on budget" or words to that effect). Once the others see Sugar gunning for a particular topic they also start chiming in in agreement.
Did I hear someone saying they'd been selling tickets at ST PANCREAS Staion?!

On top of that, stations are not a good place to sell stuff. Invariably people are either rushing for a train, or have just got off a train and are heading to work.
I think if anyone walked up to me in the street trying to sell me tickets to an event where there was drink, food (hot food on offer ) and mermaids I'd just say "get lost, you freak".The offices are clearly primed and its more a question of "who fancies a few drinks, some food and getting their mugs on telly ?", with a bit of price negotiation thrown in for good measure.

In other news, is anyone else thinking Rhod Gilbert is fking immense at YF? I said to the missus last night that I thought he might even be better at it than Dara was. I'm sure if you went down to watch it being filmed over the course of 2-3 hours Dara would probably have you in stitches more, but when you trim it down and you need quick wit and a likable guy, I think they've absolutely nailed it with RG.
I preferred Dara but yes I agreed that Gilbert is a decent host and far better than Dee. RemyMartin said:

Although I was hoping Claude would destroy him in an angry shout off
