Compare the market's new one is a bit political but made me laugh. Alexsandr meerkat (Russian) in a swimming pool sits in an American liveried rubber ringrofl

New Nike advert, as an ex-londoner, I really like it. Well worth a watch.

Watch "NOTHING BEATS A LONDONER" on YouTube

I'm arriving late to this thread, but I love this one.

I do rather like the one with Richard Ayoade listing the foreign made goods tat the UK is hooked on.
It is very good. <narrowly avoids turning it in to another Brexit thread>

I just love the whole thing; the flavour of it, the cleverness, the simplicity, and the family message at the heart of it. It's nice lil feel good thing amongst a load of dross, so I'm happy it's there. Should be more like it!
I clicked on a Facebook user the other day and his profile cover photo was Flo and Joan with some graffiti text over the top of them saying "f*** off". biggrin

I'm not a fan of these adverts but it actually induces rage in Mrs Toon.

I loathe the Idris Elba Sky ads as a rule, but I can't help but smile at the one where his "mum" asks him to put on the film she likes, with the dancing. Turns out it's Magic Mike XXL Elba mumbles "again".

At least Sky got that one right. The rest are pants.

No doubt not in keeping with the thread, but in the U..S. a few years back, Geico, the insurance company ran commercials that featured a talking gecko, who spoke with a cockney accent.
It would crack us up, sitting out in the shade on the pool deck in Southern Georgia, nursing mint juleps or tequila sunrises, watching a cockney gecko on a wall mounted TV, advertising insurance!

Yeah, seen those, trouble is Americans dont see it as Cockney, they see it as British and whenever they try to do a British accent you get Dick Van Dyke !

The voice was at one time Jake Wood, he of Eastenders, who also appeared on the classic Yellow Pages French Polisher ad.
