Whilst Marcus was cooking the dish Mrs-C said to me "A fish chef is going to love this" but the moment Mr Cromer started talking we reached for the popcorn and were not disappointed!!

Another round where the judging was easy but there are some great chefs going through - the last 12 look like being a strong line up if it carries on like this.

Agreed, going to be a tough final round - also not anyone I believe that has been completely head and shoulders above the rest yet. Some years you can get someone who is just on another level.

Couldn;t pick an overall winner at this stage and nobody has been "faultless"

That lamb is raw,I don't care what they say! The fat is not rendered and it is basically bleeding,
