The allegations don’t have much to do with the show though. April, I believe, is one of the people who’ve claimed he was controlling, but it’s previous ex’s who initiated it.
Not sure anyone is suggesting they cancel the show, but perhaps at least something to highlight that it’s not normal or acceptable behaviour wouldn’t be the worst thing to do.
The fact he’s been arrested I believe generally means there’s more to it than just accusations. Arresting someone needs some sort of solid evidence, so I’d suggest that it’s reasonably clear cut that he’s been proven to have acted in a coercive way in at least one previous relationship.
He is insecure and that was there to see. He blamed his insecurity on the behaviour of his ex towards him. Not sure anyone is suggesting they cancel the show, but perhaps at least something to highlight that it’s not normal or acceptable behaviour wouldn’t be the worst thing to do.

Being arrested does not mean more than accusations. The accusations haven't been published from what I've seen and the police haven't heard enough to charge him.
Convicting him on tabloid press stories, an arrest, and MAFS is too premature.

Someone behind the scenes of another reality show recently claimed that they have so much footage, from literally hours and hours each day of activity, that they can create literally whatever storyline they like with said footage. Affair? No problem. Grudges? No problem. Sexual tension? You get the idea.
His behaviour on the show demonstrates precisely nothing about what he is like in the real world. This is an entertainment show, not a documentary.
Again, if he is guilty of what he's been accused of, then he deserves everything he gets but making judgements off a reality TV show is madness.

If you can’t see that comments (taken in any context) aren’t the kind of things you should say to someone are wrong then that’s your own perception of things. I don’t think they’ve done anything in the editing to make George look bad in anyway and if anything they’ve made efforts to suggest he’s been the victim in his previous relationships.Someone behind the scenes of another reality show recently claimed that they have so much footage, from literally hours and hours each day of activity, that they can create literally whatever storyline they like with said footage. The reaction he’s had to April in a couple of situations has been out of order regardless of context and shows hints of controlling behaviour/gas lighting.

I didn't see every episode so maybe I'm missing something. The reaction he’s had to April in a couple of situations has been out of order regardless of context and shows hints of controlling behaviour/gas lighting.
His reaction to April kissing someone else wasn't that bad. If you are taking the process seriously, which I think he was and April wasn't, if your wife or husband kissed someone else then there is obviously going to be a reaction.
He was genuinely upset that he witnessed April kissing someone else. That is normal behaviour.
April made out it was a bet and was done for fun. April made George feel stupid for reacting normally to a situation.
I don't know about you, but I don't find myself randomly kissing strangers for fun or bets.

To use a motoring analogy; It's like making a judgement on Mike Brewer's character from the way he behaves on Wheeler Dealers. He's not actually like that in real life you know.
The accusations against George may be proven correct in time. We may all be able to use elements of the show as back up of that. The way he has been portrayed isn't good. Some of the behaviour appears very worrying. But we should not make a judgement on the strength of the show alone.
I'll say again, if he's guilty - throw the book at him. But it never sits well with me that people are judge and jury before the defendant has even been charged with anything.
Not for discussion on this thread, but if anyone wants some similar ste to watch, check out Love is Blind on Netflix. People meet and chat but can't see eachother. They then have to choose a wife/husband. Minor twist on the usual.
Back on topic...
They're all mental. Some of what we see is not easy to see in a different context... George for example. I do hope they don't bow down to the noisy few, and keep the programme on air.
Shrek's Billy big balls act is grating now and poundland naomi's voice is the cherry on top of her unpleasant behaviour.

Since filming finished Thomas has seemingly gone in to interplanetary space travel

As others have said, its a guilty pleasure - I can't stand Love Island, etc but the UK and moreso the Aussie version of this have me transfixed for each episode.
Love the Poundland Naomi Campbell nickname - she's a proper nutter, and what's with her calling Duka 'the kid'..!!??!! Matt, her new man aka Tattoo'd Shrek is a nasty piece of work, just his replies to Gemma were uncalled for and borderline bullying
April and George - he's been a proper dildo but he must have been really fked up by his previous relationships; she's just there for the exposure and for the eye candy [cant see others on there as pleasing to the eye as her, but its very slim pickings....]
Thomas and Adrian - what a nightmare Thomas is; very opinionated but wont listen to others who don't agree with him, a right primadonna. Adrian's ok, but too soft for Thomas
Kwame and Kasia - it all went very wrong when he wouldnt show her his home, whats up with that? Is he a secret millionaire?
Sophie and Jonathan should go the distance IMO, I think Jenna and Zoe will be OK

Kwame just needs to admit that he simply doesn't fancy Kasia. He obviously didn't want a big girl and admitted as much in the conversation with her sisters!R56Cooper said:

However a quick Google says he didn't want cameras showing his road/house for the sake of his kids

"Because I wanted to protect the home my kids live in with me. But I made it clear to Kasia numerous times that I am happy to book an Uber while we were jamming and go to my yard privately, as in her and I, but not cameras showing my road, my living room, my bedroom – that’s too much of me. I also kept my kids off the show and all this was fully understood prior to filming by production and K, but that explanation didn’t make the edits."
I guess not telling us the real reason creates column inches and talk on message boards.

My guess it's something that doesn't fit in with the successful man image he's trying to portray - bedsit, shared house, lives with his mum in a high-rise, etc.

Bit of a stupid move to go on the show as a private person!

I cant fathom how or why Tom works in supporting Mental health. He has so many red flags for it and he shows this over and over. Scary thought really.
That would be the last job I would predict he would have. MesoForm said:

Who has been looking after his kids all this time? He can't get anyone to look after them for a few days of the home stay? However a quick Google says he didn't want cameras showing his road/house for the sake of his kids

I don't remember any other kids featuring on the show. Keeping your kids off camera is a reasonable request. Entering MAFS the home stay is a big part of the process. If they are taking the process seriously then seeing someone in their own home is vital.
I would be surprised if MAFS actually agreed to no home stay.
Kasia didn't get to meet any of his family during the entire process even when he's really close to them?
I didn't think Kwame was in this for the real reasons from the start. The more I hear the more I'm convinced he has only been there to raise his profile.
I didn't believe the excuses about the home stay, but his family nowhere to be seen doesn't have much excuse.
