Insatiable is a new one that popped up today-bullied fat bird punches hobo trying to nick her chocolate, slims down, gets sexy & gets her lawyer as a pageant coach to get revenge & win Miss USA or something.
2 episodes down for me & its quite funny, not laugh a minute but OK, but its getting slated for its fat shaming (& poor plot!)
I'll stick it out for a bit
That sounds like utter garbage smile I'll put it on my watch list rofl

Finished Fauda, although i enjoyed it from the start it steps up a gear about halfway through the first season and i found it hard to put down. Fantastic series.

3rd season of El Chapo is on and its clear that those behind Narcos are working on this and the budget has been increased, enjoyable

I really enjoyed unsolved (about Biggie and Tupac murders), I thought it was really good and the dual time lines very clever.

Interesting. I am up to ep.3 and I'm not really feeling it, though I like the visuals. I will persevere.
Ah it's great, really changes middle of season..

One of the few series i've rewatched on netflix.
I feel the same way as Tobinen, and am at the exact same episode. Interesting concepts, spectacular visuals, but something is missing - subtlety - that I cannot put my finger on. I will finish the first season. The only show where I quit mid-season was 'The Fog' - I still cannot believe that I watched up to Ep 5 as it was quite, quite bad.

Do not watch How it Ends. Just don't.

No, really, don't.

Finished 'Altered Carbon' yesterday. Thought it was very good, some excellent concepts - though I always hate it when the plot is explained at the end. Should be shown, not told!

I read earlier on this thread that a second season has been confirmed. Good.
I think Altered Carbon and The Expanse are two of the best sci fi series for many years. Great concepts and very high production values.

Take the advice. Do NOT watch how it ends. Utter, utter garbage. Whitaker I like as well. He must be short of a few quid.

Godless

Apologies if this has been mentioned previously but it is seriously good. And thankfully a mini-series with a beginning, middle and end rather than a weak idea stretched out over 18 tedious seasons.
Wow... that was something else!

Westerns arnt my thing - but that had me hooked!! As you said - 7 episodes is ideal.

I had to double check, still can’t quite believe the last time I saw the guy that plays Roy Goode was in Skins!!
