I enjoyed it also, Paulo was quite the transformation from the actor underneath all the prosthetics.

Blimey I've just looked on IMDb, that was Jared Leto?
I don't much care for him but his portrayal of Paolo was first class.

He was brilliant in “We Crashed”

The girl who became three boys.

Documentary first shown on TV a few years back about an utterly bizarre sequence of events around a girl pretending to be boys.

Richard Jewell True story film about a security guard saving people from a bomb that he’s later accused of planting. Fine performances by Paul Walter Hauser and Sam Rockwell. 7/10

May have been mentions already, but Ten Percent.

Central London talent agency, drama with light comedy. Reminds me of Extras a bit, with major stars like Helena Bonham Carter & Kelly McDonald appearing as themselves.

Watch Call My Agent. The original, and infinitely better.

Quite. In this case, infinite is indeed the appropriate measure of comparison.

Anyone else watching Terminal List?

Chris Pratt as a special ops soldier who suffers with memory issues after his team are all killed - only to find out that someone is out to finish the job.

Actually very watchable- pretty good so far and 8.2 on IMDb

I’m enjoying it! It’s not going to win any awards but it’s perfectly adequate. Not sure I would rate it as high as 8.2 though. I would give it 7.

I was frightened off by the description that there were "dark forces" at work. Assumed it was another Stranger Things, or yet more YA vampire bks.

Was I wrong?

You were wrong! It’s an action/thriller and NOT science fiction.

It was OK except for the continual miraculous recoveries from the various injuries he sustained.

Can't decide if we witnessed an end or a link to a second series.

Watchable.

I suspect the latter...trying to be a Bourne?

I thought it was pretty good. A bit too much like a video game in places, but very watchable. It's in the 7s for me.

Im going to start that tonight.
It was written by an actual navy seal, he was on the Joe Rogan podcast a few weeks ago talking about it. He wanted Chris Pratt to play the lead from the beginning.

Started on the terminal list earlier, highly rated at 8.2 but I'm finding it to be the usual dumb fk all American action bullst, boring as hell so far, along with the now obligatory soft spoken barely audible gravel voiced dialogue interspersed with shouting and explosions. I can sort of see a plot developing, but does it actually get going for anyone with a modicum of the cerebral?

It’s pretty much “man with gun wants to get revenge” but it’s very well made, written by a former seal so I presume the action scenes are as true to life as possible.
Pratt actually played the part really well imo.

It’s been done lots of times before but I got into it and did enjoy it.

I've heard that Season 1 is indeed good, but it subsequently descends into what some have referred to as "Misery Porn" with latter seasons being a somewhat masochistic experience.

That's just what I've heard / read, mind.

It got going, took damn near an hour. Ordinarily I would've long bailed smile

Binged it. Not too bad at all. Instantly forgettable though, doubt I'll remember it once I've posted this.
