I'm just wondering if that red nailed pickup of the bit that was left on Units platform belongs to the Missy Master and they are bringing her version of the Master back. It's very similar to the ring being picked up after the Masters cremation at the end of series 3
I thought it was Kate, she was wearing red nail polish…

I am neither screaming nor shouting, thank you. But I think people should have the guts to say what they really mean, rather than hiding behind the word 'woke' all the time. If you're racist, transphobic or whatever else it may be, then have the spine to show your true colours.

Just sayin'.
You seem very heterophobic. Shouldn't you follow your own principle and show your true colours?

The first I ever knew of Neil Patrick Harris was "It's a Sin" but now I think he's great.

I loved the "everyone think's they are right" motif from this week too. In my case it's true obviously.

Couldn't help thinking he just resurrected his Count Olaf from A Series of Unexpected Events.

Hmmm.... anyone hearing the rumour about this upcoming regeneration?

Apparently instead of a straight regeneration the Doctor splits into 2 doctors. One is the new doctor and the other remains Tennants doctor who is then able to do what Donna has been nagging him about and go off and lead a simple life.
That's been done before. Remember? It's certainly not going to happen again.

Gadgetmac said:
have Tennant available for future episodes or even another full blown return as the star of the show. I also think it undermines the new doctors position before he's even had a chance to cement his position as the doctor.
Where do you get such ste from?

Haven’t watched the commentary version yet but apparently RTD has said this split affected every previous version of the Doctor. So, they’re all fair game in new stories in the ‘Whoniverse’. MCU style milking of the brand then.

Good episode though.

Excluding the. Ail polish the end reminded me very much if the end of Flash Gordon.

I was hoping for a bit more from NPH and while again the episode was a bit on the nose in places overall wasn’t terrible. I like the energy from the new doctor I hope he gets some good scripts.

In the minority here but should this not be on CBBC? Always thought it was rubbish and watched half an hour tonight, crap acting.

Never liked it in the 70’s and the latest politically correct crap has not changed my mind.

Sorry fans, just not for me

I dipped in out of curiosity and dipped out fairly soon after - never really enjoyed it since , oh, about 1968. But 'crap acting ' ? From the likes of David Tennant and Ncuti Gatwa ? I don't think so .Blame the script and direction .

I must have missed the bit about why the "new" Doctor had no trousers. Will he always have no trousers?

When they split they had to share the clothes so Tennant got the trousers and new doc got the pants.
