I'd hazzard a guess that the girl who released Bethany will make a timely confession.

Just as in Chaucer, the golden rule of all soaps is that Truth Will Out . The only question is when it will, not if it will .

I hate spoilers, but I do glance through my TV schedules with their brief episode synopses, and there's a cracker next week. Something we all thought had been forgotten about - nice one Corrie Crew!
The factory girls are going to get their compo payments for the minibus crash in January 2015 ?

I think we are all expecting that, I was just surprised its waited until another episode. Thought she was going to get in there sooner.

I see in the news that Corrie has had to apologise as te drawing of Bethany in court was "misleading and harmful" apparently the court sketch artist is supposed to make notes then draw at home rather than draw in court. 6 complaints to Ofcom!

This country... Should just reply to those sad saps "GET A LIFE"

In other news saw another major spoiler when following a forum link to a 'news' (term used loosely given the target site) about the LV shooter. Spoiler story on the same page.

PS Thought I recognised her - Seb's mum is from Shameless.

I was trying to place her! Thanks.

She's not been stereotyped since Shameless then?! :-p

Not sure about this - clearly this is a work of fiction, but there have been so many times when the police and legal process have been portrayed in ways that are utterly divorced from reality you can see that it might be damaging to the way they are perceived. For example when Michelle went to the police with fresh information about Will, the police effectively told her to do one - could that discourage someone from coming forward in a similar situation IRL (as the cool kids are saying)?

Let's hope that it's all over for good. Soap storylines have a habit of people putting in appeals, miscarriage of justice etc.. Think of Tracy Barlow.

I think we were all getting a bit bored.

Now - the flats investigation looks like it could provide good entertainment for weeks to come.

I suspect the producers will think Nathan is far too good a baddie to lose. Out on appeal I reckon.

Based on an interview on This Morning with the actor who plays Nathan, I don't think that's the end of the matter.

That's exactly what I'm worried about. Keep your fingers crossed the writers were bored as well.

Whoever scripted the ...ahem ..'trial ' has never seen a criminal trial and never spoken to anybody who has . It was entertaining - suspension of disbelief and all that- but so far wrong on court process, procedure and rules it was also utterly absurd .

It’s entertainment, not a documentary!
