Not Logan specifically (which is out in the UK now), but I do wonder on this thread sometimes. Watching at a cinema vs on your phone or tablet or something can make a huge difference to how a film is received.I went to see Hacksaw Ridge with somebody who as usual had already seen it by 'other means' on their 10" tablet. They were not overly fussed first time around, but admitted at the cinema it was a completely different and somewhat overwhelming experience.
Arrival kept cropping up on here a few weeks back, to my knowledge it's neither in the cinema or available to rent via streaming sites yet.

A lot of people use Kodi with apps like Exodus now. A lad at work has such a setup and it means they can watch the latest movies on their TV's. Some will be CAMS and not worth bothering with as that will definitely ruin the experience but there are a lot of "new" movies in SD and HD which are perfectly fine for viewing on a normal screen so I'm told. Logan - wasn't fussed about this initially but as I saw more ads it started piquing my interest. Having just seen it I'd have to say that it is probably the most 'human' (for want of a better expression) of the superhero films. It does pack quite an emotional punch in places too.
I'd also say that this is possibly as close to a Western as a superhero film can get

I saw Hacksaw Ridge by 'other means' in a friends living room on a 120" projector screen, in HD with full surround sound. It was a very cinematic experience. Saw it last night, bloody brilliant.
The plot may be as complex as an episode of Peppa Pig, but the action scenes I felt were fantastic. Very, very, very shooty sums the film up, I really enjoyed it.
