Chris was here today with one of the other podcast guys, grey hair but I don’t remember his name.
Chris had borrowed the U.K. Porsche RS to take around.
Where is ‘here’? Chris had borrowed the U.K. Porsche RS to take around.

If nothing else, I hope Chris does a full sit-down interview with Neil, a fascinating man with a clearly fascinating car collection (past & present).
+1 That would work for me (and he reads this )
Although I love the podcast as is, if it came back as just Harris and Neil I wouldn’t be disappointed.
Neil could easily carry his own podcast not just ok cars, but his business background.

I think one of the reasons it works so well is that they are all experts in their respective fields who absolutely love cars and car stuff. Yes there’s a bit of bingo on when CC will mention the Nurburgring or his boys, MP will say “Beautiful” or Neil will admit to his latest purchase but that to me is part of it.
It’s five guys with incredible knowledge about the absolute minutiae of the car world we inhabit and grew up with, particularly for those in a similar age bracket.
It would be a crying shame if it didn’t continue in the same or similar format as you don’t get to hear things like a film director discussing the car chase in a Bond film for example, it’s so much more than ‘just cars’.

Considering the protagonists involved, gathering together for a 60-90 minute podcast is possibly not the most economical use of time.
Whilst it's a great podcast and I enjoy it a lot, it was clearly there as a promo for Collecting Cars whilst everybody had some free time.
Perhaps (hopefully) it'll continue but less regularly - monthly or something.

That's exactly my thoughts on it, given they're all clearly busy people I imagine this was probably a struggle to arrange every week.Whilst it's a great podcast and I enjoy it a lot, it was clearly there as a promo for Collecting Cars whilst everybody had some free time.

I think they did a couple of episodes at a time, but still probably hard to find the time for that.I'm a bit gutted it's ended, it was part of Friday for me and I am missing it.
I am also disappointed. It was my favourite podcast for sure.
The podcast was funny, insightful and interesting. I always found it odd how often my opinions aligned with theirs too!
Most other car podcasts are either immensely boring (see The Intercooler) or hosted by overly excitable, irritating tts.
It will be missed for sure, the highlight of my listening week.

The Intercooler. The foghorn of faux pomposity himself, just speaks over guests and Dan. Excruciating levels of dull anecdotes and braying self importance combined with a cosmic level of lack of self awareness. Dan and Johnny Smith would be a far better combo.
CC. Done. CH and Neil were fantastic. Need their own show. Manish would laugh hysterically at his own gas bill, Chris Cooper is lovely but about as much charisma as broccoli, and the less said about Schöffel Waffle the better.
