Netflix - What gems have you found?

Just finished 5 seasons of power over the last few weeks. Really sucks you in. Recommended.

Because it was cancelled and Amazon bought the rights to continue it, they now own it and won't be wanting a rival streaming service showing their content.

One of those average/rubbish/cliched but fun shows to watch. Some of the acting is appalling for example. But enjoyed the show nonetheless

I set aside a weekend to binge it when it came out as I loved the first three seasons. I've been half way ep 5 for two weeks now and just can't be bothered to get back into it despite several attempts.

I actually think its better than the first two series, really enjoying it,

Up to episode 6 and agree its excellent. Especially like the bit when Felix meets Pablo and the narrator says "you probably know all about the cocaine cartels by now but..."

Bird Box was released today. I enjoyed it. Decent acting and suspense was kept up. Quite happy to stick with Netflix if they produce more stuff like this.

Just burned through The Good Place up to the latest episode. Really good stuff.

I'm still quite surprised it even exists given the mix of humour and discussions of ethics and moral philosophy doesn't seem the sort of thing you'd easily pitch to a US network.

Only disappointment was seeing how the years have taken their toll on Sandra Bullock.

Just finished bird box. Not sure if I liked it or not. I think I did, decent acting and well shot but I’m still confused as to what “it” was.

I called the the compound being what it was early on though.

Any theories?
