I've enjoyed this from start to finish. Charming is definitely the right word but it's also been very clever and I agree with the comments about the music too.
I also think it looked great all the way through, very nicely shot. Mackenzie Crook is clearly a very talented chap, Toby Jones is always brilliant and in fact the whole supporting cast is great. I'm going to miss it.

Really enjoyed this series. The character mix/development, comedy timing and filming have all been top notch. I think it is the subtlety and fairly slow pace that make it so watchable. Very pleased to see that another series have been commissioned.
(I also wonder if I might turn into Lance in about 10 years time, with the more modern equivalent of a TR7! )

I am glad this was not on BBC2, it's like a little undiscovered secret that only the lucky few are aware of
that made me laugh quietly as I thought exactly the same.
