What movie quotes do you use in everyday conversation?
Discussion
Like a glove - Ace Ventura. Usually when I've made a right lash up of parking somewhere.
But it is waffer thin - Meaning of Life. When anything offered is refused.
Ah, the old parallel bars - Pink Panther. Whenever we are lined up near any railings or barrier.
Get to da Choppa - Predator. Usually when we are heading for the car.
All with appropriate bad accents.

"on any other day that might seem strange...." from Con Air
"I can't know that" or " I can stand to hear a little more" both from the same scene in Serenty plus tooo many others to mention
context is important and more so if the person you're speaking to has no idea that its from a film or not...

Also sampled in Guns & Roses - civil war. Abagnale said:
What we have here is a failure to communicate.
and someone else who suggested "what we are dealing with here is a total lack of respect for the law" - Smokey and the bandit but also sampled in the Prodigy's My Law.
If I'm in a particularly good mood i will let out a " GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD morning ( insert wherever i am) " in a Good Morning Vietnam style.
If working on something that needs to be treated with care and there is the potential to drop something/lean something against it then "Major Chip Hazard Reporting for Duty" in a Tommy Lee voice is often mentioned.
Not everyday conversation, this one, but it did happen-
Years ago I had a guitar sales and repair shop, and lived in the flat upstairs. Our cat, large, mostly white and very fluffy, used to come down and visit, even get in people's guitar cases.
One day a guy came in while I was talking to him, my cat was bumping off my legs so I picked him up and held him to my chest, tickled his chin, and said to my customer
"Yes, give him his cigarettes, it won't be the nicotine that kills you, Mr. Bond"
I don't think he got it, but there were others present that did.
I was doing Donald Pleasance (Blofeld) from You Only Live Twice.

Never used it, but the best line Basil ever said was: 'Brahms' third racket!'
I think my favourite is "Rosewood, mahogany, teak?"It really is top-heavy with great lines. When trying to choose a restaurant "That Egyption place, 'The Golden Dog'..something or other"

That rug really tied the room together
Or a variation on that theme. I've a new appreicaition for rugs since re-watching the Big Lebowski.
Also, many things in life are fking A, maaan at the moment.
I did just search for a image to go with this post, and typed something very inappropriate into Google images on my work PC. Won't do that again!
