Looks awesome. Definitely more interested in this 'anthology' films than the future Episodes, to be honest.

That is a good trailer and I am yet again brainwashed by Lucasfilm into boyish excitement that will build up until I see Rogue One in December. This will happen every year until every Star Wars film has been made.
Oh my god! that sums it up perfectly smile

I've only just noticed in the background on the tank thing are what looks to be Clone Troopers, in the same scene as Stormtroopers. Interesting little crossover.

I had major concerns about Disney buying Lucasfilm, but after TFA and now this they have been well and truly banished.

I hope they make an absolute fortune and continue to release a new film every 12 months cool

It has AT AT's and Star Destroyers, it has the right look and sound.

People were worried about Disney buying the rights, looks to me like they are doing it justice, and then some.

Force Awakens looked good, but the storyline was shocking with lazy writers.

It doesn't matter if the lead if female or male, but now the age has been pointed out...it does make me wonder if we'll get a film led by an adult. Does this mean the Han film will be a fking kiddie as well?
Kiddies like Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher then? Playing 19 year-olds in A New Hope? laugh

Plus, Felicity Jones is 32. Hardly a kiddie.

As for other comments about another "untrained" female lead, how do we know she is untrained? Assuming Jyn is a similar age to the actress playing her, she's had half a lifetime looking after herself running up a large rap sheet and building who knows what associated skills. Not a stretch that she might have a skill-set the Alliance leadership have identified as appropriate to the task.

Of course, she's a small, cute girl, so cue more of that Mary Sue crap that people labelled Rey with.
