The only "celebrity" of this week's lot that I'd actually heard of was Clara Amfo and then it was only her name, I hadn't a clue what she looked like.

I twigged it was Dolly Parton sister but I wasn't aware that there was a sister; I guess why would I be aware!

Last night's evictees were an easy choice.

I'm having a moral dilemma - I am predisposed to not like Spencer as he is from a vapid "scripted reality" programme, yet he can clearly cook and seems to be genuinely applying himself, and coming over as an engaging guy.
