Spartacus Blood & Sand(not a film I know) - graphic removal of gladiators manhood for acts of deception. God I winced.
technically illegal to watch in this country
You don't see it happen, just the wound afterwards which you don't really notice until it's mentioned as he is being nailed to a cross for crucifixion thus pretty much covered in blood already.

Eh? It was on Bravo.

eta - ah, unless you mean the mutilation itself?
Scenes that are cut out of a film in order to get a certificate from the bbfc are not illegal to watch either, just illegal to sell. It's only actually illegal to watch if the scene contravenes something like the protection of children act.
if its considered pornographic genital mutaliations are illegal under the extreme porn law i think

watched a serbian film and thought it was funny.

I have been trying to think of a film that shocked or a scene that I thought was a bit strong.

Only two come to mind

the murder scene from a little known film called 'one false move' extremely brutal and cold blooded.

the rape scene from 'man bites dog'

You weren't laughing by then? Everyone in the cinema was nervously laughing when I saw it; far too much had already happened.

Back in the very early 90's a colleague of mine "recorded something off a dodgy satellite channel".

He wanted the tape back and I forgot to watch it in the evening so put it on while eating my breakfast.

Low budget porn, hey ho. Hold on, maybe not.

Black and Decker workmate (other work tables are available), a plank of wood, a hammer and some nails.

Bloke in dressing gown.

Places one of his nads on plank.

Nails nad to plank. Nad, that is, not sack. Nailed. To plank.

At that point, I gave up before I threw up.

Gave the tape back to said colleague.

Never really spoke to him much again.

Oh I was laughing alright but at that point it went from black comedy to errr somthing else. then the scene trying to get the kid was another dodgy scene.

A Man Called Horse - Richard Harris being strung up by his pierced nipples is totally totally unwatchable.
War Zone directed by Tim Roth - shows incestuous Ray Winstone sodomizing his teenage daughter.

I've always thought that act was through the sack. Not the actual nacker itself?!?! He never wants kids then hehe

Potentially. http://www.backlash-uk.org.uk for all you need to know about that particular piece of abominable legislation. Site is safe for work.
