Ok, intro was amusing but why the hell do we have to have the ‘disaster’ highlights shown before get underway! I find this method of trying to keep people hooked incomprehensible, what’s left to look forward to?
Must stop ranting, wife has told me to shut the f**k up hehe

Yep. Even more amusing considering the speech that was broadcast just 5 minutes earlier laugh

I bet C4 & the GBBO producers couldn't have wished for a better setup for that skit when they recorded it hehe

I suppose Lottie must be the eye-candy this year. Don't like her heavy eye make-up.

Like the microwaves with the wooden detail.

Well that didn't take long. Normally it takes at least 3 or 4 episodes before someone gets shafted by a fellow baker hehe

WTF were them upside down cakes by Linda, they're like she baked them in the tumble dryer.

Actually not. It's a baking programme, not the Mash report / Final Leg.

Yeah, amazed she survived. Some comical heads in that episode, quite a challenging first episode.

Face Busks and next week 3d modelling with biscuits - getting into the hard stuff right away - IIRC things like 3 tiered cake was the Signature Dish of the finals in a lot of seasons gone before.

Liking the people in the tent already - they seem to be gelling with Noel a lot - perhaps its the "bubble"......
i wonder how that works.....

They all in the Spa Hotel behind the tent, Paul in the penthouse suite of course.
