It did sound lovely though, although, it looked like they had lowered the rear suspension and left the front stock height, which made it look like a dog dragging it's arse....

A friend of mine used that company to make a badge for a 1928 Renault. He did not get any change from a grand!

The badge was totally pointless and expensive if the badge for my friend's 1928 Renault is anything to go by!
The dash would have looked good in brown leather. His friend Martin on Anglesey from The Restorers could have done that for him.
Every time he mentioned his godfather made me turn the sound off, especially after Ralph Inneson kept repeating Crew's every word!

They didn't mention the badge cost, so I assume it wasn't cheap. As you say, by the time the dash had been repaired they may as well have covered it with vinyl, preferably in the same lovely brown. The flocking just looked out of place and I imagine is a dust magnet.Red9zero said:

Dash covers of various types are available on ebay for a few hundred quid,would have looked better than flocking but that's not really the point is it.
It's an entertainment show so they try to bring a bit of variation to the show with specialist services,like the flocking company and the badge maker.They wouldn't do that if it was a proper car sales business trying to maximise profits.....and by the sound of it they didn't make any profit at all.

The buyer mentioned he lived in Spain for 6 months of the year so said he would be taking the car out there and was quite happy to buy a LHD.
