It hasn't really been that different to usual. A few less arguments, but other than that, this is what it is like every year. It's the only one of these types of shows I watch as, ironically due to the forced situation and celebrities, it actually feels the most down to earth and "real" out of any reality show.
It's been far 'nicer' and I've been pleasantly surprised that the British public took to that. Producers tried to shake up the dynamic with Noel and the public swiftly booted him in favour of the extremely close, friendly group already there.Lack of reality 'stars', footballers and politicians has helped imo.
I've enjoyed all the shows for different reasons and this is the 'nicest' one where everyone gets along and helps each other. I still rate the Gillian Mcieff sp? one best for entertainment though
I think Harry will win, but I'd like Emily or John to as well.
It's been another great entertaining year for us all to watch

This year's edition has been thoroughly enjoyable, and this is the only program that we've enjoyed as a family It's got my son off Fortnite and my daughter stop thinking about her boyfriend for more than 5 minutes. We've particularly enjoyed taking the piss out of every single participant as well as enjoying their entertainment.
Not sure why I've a feeling that John is going to win.
I'd like to see Emily win. She's been really good fun and she could do with the career boost more than the other two.
On saying that I've not seen much of last year's winner. Her career didn't explode like people assumed unless I don't watch what she does.

Glad to see Harry win but the biggest career boost will be for Emily and its much deserved
I love the inbetweeners but she is hardly recognisable now I hope we see more of her she is really quite mad in a nice way.I wont be rushing out to buy Nicks Album or CD and definitely wont be watching whatever DIY show he is in.
First time I have seen all of this show and its been great I really like Noel's introduction and Harry as his number 2 getting cramp in the middle of the night. Its been a pleasant diversion from all the crap going on right now
Harry was definitely the right winner overall - even after he won and was interviewed on both the main show & Extra Camp he was still being himself.
I think having Emily & John 2nd / 3rd works perfectly for them given how well the two of them got on / bonded over their time in camp. You could tell for most of the last 2 weeks and again on EC that Emily has clearly made a great friend in John and has really gained a lot of confidence in herself by showing everyone she's far more than the stereotype people thought she was by being honest about herself, her insecurities and also providing loads of decent entertainment (impersonations / singing & yes the bad dancing & squealing ) , including alongside John.
You only needed to look at social media to see that as the show went on Emily started a big discussion on other people being open & honest about their appearance, body confidence, their insecurities, etc, which in itself is probably more important that winning the show tbh.
Overall, I think it's played out brilliantly for ITV this year from all angles - presenting, the celebs they chose, how they got on, etc. It had been widely reported they were quite worried about how it would work minus Ant this year, and Holly in his place, but tbh i think that's why it worked so well this year. You basically had someone who has made it clear in the past that she loved watching the show, who was now presenting it instead, and essentially reacting how a lot of people at home would be. Plus the banter between her & Dec was fantastic, during the tasks with Holly's reactions & Dec's responses (such as during the final trials they did on their last day). Extra Camp has also been great this year too.
All the celebs they chose this year all played a part in making it work, even Noel who i've changed my opinion of after seeing him on the show, as they all got on and showed that you can actually provide entertainment without having to resort to being nasty, playing a royal a.rs.ehole, etc. Something that quite a few people in this country could learn from given the st hole we're currently in & heading towards. As posted above it was nice to have 3 weeks of diversion from all the st that's going on in this country and plastered all over the media 24/7.
Just a shame it's come to an end really (well apart from the show on Wednesday)
