Just watched the end of Umbrella Academy, really enjoyed it.

Ultra violence, with a sense of humour.

Will there be a follow up series?
From what I've read, the writers appear confident Netflix will green light a second season.

I certainly hope they do.

Definitely, second half of S2 is great, in particular the female characters shine
Ozark is definitely one of the most underrated series on Netflix. Excellent storylines and well developed characters. It's a favourite in our household.
And ours. As a whole series, S1 was more consistent I think. S2 started slow, but building up the female characters meant the second half of the series shone - looking forward to S3 now.

The Umbrella Academy. A story of a family of dysfunctional super(ish) hero’s by the front man from My Chemical Romance.Dark, absurd, quirky. Mad as a box of frogs and with a cracking soundtrack.

One thing I would say is that the opening episode isn’t the strongest but by the end of episode two you’ll get it.

Formula 1: Drive to Survive has been added today. A behind the scenes look at a few F1 teams last season, might be interesting. I found the Juventus one a bit meh...Amazon tend to do a better job on these kind of docs IMO. Having said that, Last Chance U was/is superb,

Haven't seen anybody flag it yet but "The Order" looks interesting. Matt Frewer being slightly crazed in it helps.
Magic, Murder and werewolves....

That F1 show is a LOT better than watching the actual racing tbh

Schitt's Creek

Wonderful Canadian sitcom about a spoiled wealthy family who lose their money and end up living in Schitt's Creek, a town the father bought for his son as a joke.

Could be just another fish-out-of-water farce, but it's much more subtle than that and has a big heart.

After Life - Ricky Gervais.

3 episodes in and quite enjoying it. Certainly better than Derek was.

Well after coming really close to giving up on Nightflyers at ep5 we kept going with it tonight and actually episode 6 was a good one, so we are going to continue with it.
Nightflyers Season 2 has been cancelled.
I'm not surprised. After the hope of ep6 I was left feeling deflated by ep7. I don't know why because there was plenty of things going on in it that should have really had my attention but too much of it drags and has unnecessarily drawn out scenes with boring and slow dialogue.
This. I feel the exact same way as others who have posted their disappointment with Nightflyers. Patchy dialogue, patchy acting, and the main narrative thrust is padded with a lot of extraneous rubbish. The accents are all over the map, and it is hard to know where exactly the series is going or what it wants to be. Reminds me of 'Event Horizon' in places, but lacks a core identity. I've cut my losses and moved on.

We just sampled "Northern Rescue". Bloody awful. The only star is the ugly Baldwin brother, and the woman playing his still-at-school eldest daughter looks about 30, and not in a good way. It's so unconvincing that it's actually jarring. It's also obvious the production doesn't have enough money, scenes are drawn out or missing altogether.
