Pocketcasts is a great app. Subscribe to a podcast, set auto download of new episodes, tell it to add to play queue and everything appears as if by magic from then on.
+1 for Pocketcasts. I've been using it for years, and it's only got better with updates. I sacked it off and have now used Podcast Republic ever since, it's superb, the developers answer tweets and its got a rather good internet radio built in.

I’ve been listening to a few Extremes podcasts, some pretty good stories.

Someone on PH recommended the 'Conflicted' podcast, and I thought it was on this thread?
Anyway, I'm hooked and I've binged them all in a week, so I wanted to come back and thank the poster for the recommendation, but now I can't find them.
Anyway, whoever you are, thank you. It's probably the best thing I've listened to this year.

I've been really getting into Word in Your Ear. It's a pod by two old music journos - David Hepworth and Mark Ellen - who both spent 4 decades working on the likes of NME, Smash Hits, Mojo, Q and The Word.
They have an encyclopedic knowledge of music and an effortless way of bantering on. It's like Smith and Sniff but for music.
