Nice to hear Fat Brenda get a mention. Pity we didn't see her, although that would have required a wide-angle lense.

When Aidan and Alya re-opened the factory, wasn't it some new business they set up, making Alya's designs? Wouldn't there have been some sort of business contract or partnership arrangement?

Isn't it the whole point that we never do see her ? Like Pru Forrest on The Archers , who was silent until played by Judi Dench in a cameo . BTW , the woman formerly known as Helen Archer is getting (even ) larger isn't she ?

It's a shame Eileen's gone. I quite liked her character - she had a bit of humour about her and she had some good comic moments bouncing off Steve and Tim.

I was hoping that more of the boring Connor clan would would get the heave-ho! There's too many of them, they're all rather boring and all the females look the same. Ah well, looks like we may have to endure them for time to come
