Don't think any of the press have driving the Jag yet, its not out is it?
A few magazines have driven it but the car wasn't officially released until december I think so wouldn't have been released in time for filming

Looking forward to see new series of Top Gear. Its always very entertaining.
And that's the key. Enjoy it for what it is, not what it isn't.

Looking forward to it. One of the best produced programmes on British TV.

Looking forward to the new series

Typical PH. First page and already moaning. If you don't like it don't post in the thread moaning about it. I don't like Big Band Theory but I don't go complaining.

Nice one, I think they mentioned it in the news a few years back, looking forwards to it, 1100 bhp sounds mad!

apparently a hot hatch challenge old v new this sunday - honestly cant wait, I love the £1500 challenges and im a big fan of fast hatchbacks.

suspect a 105, golf and delta. though I think they would struggle with a small budget.

hardly fair though - the Golf should walk that... or is it a case that the XR3 and GTE are the next price level up?

It'd be a fairly ropy XR2 you could buy for £1,500. Mine was bad enough and that cost more than that!

Really? They were pretty agricultural when new, so I'm amazed people will pay that kind of money for them these days.

Still, some people seem to get a bit dewy eyed about Fords in a way they don't other makes.

That's a shame it had to set its time in the wet. It would have been in with a good shout in the dry.

Cheap but driveable ones are about £2,500 upwards, minters can be £5k plus.

That's for km1s, I don't know how prices are for mk2s - there were many more of them built but paradoxically I believe only about the same number left.

To be honest I'd be happy if they just did these and then the big races.

As much as everyone grumbles I still enjoy it, it's just entertainment.
