You can pay £5.99 per month if you *just* want Prime Video, but you don't get any of the other benefits. Better to pay the lump sum of £79 for the year (which works out as £6.58 a month) as you get all the other benefits as well.
£59 for the year for the next couple of days.

I think it's very clever;
- it will become abbreviated to GT (opposite of TG!)
- it appeals to a wider audience rather than just die hard petrol heads
- different locations is smart, as it opens up a lot more possibilities
- It doesn't just tie it to cars

I reckon the name has been chosen in conjunction with a 10yr plan.

That's the thing though. Any 'clever' or amusing name they came up with would wear thin pretty quickly.
I was referring more to the tired jokes about steaks and punching people.
They're just funny now, come to think about it, were they ever?

TG "tipping the Ginger"? whatever they call it most probably it will be referred to as TG. The three presenters are a brand alone.

I there any further news on when the first episode will be 'aired'? (other than the 17th July Jo'burg filming date)

Also, have any other locations been announced?

Or frequency? One a Week seems a tall order if they are moving the studio around the world.

I'm actually looking forward to the new program, looks as though they have some great locations and features: https://www.amazon.co.uk/b?ie=UTF8&node=102577...

same here I feel cheated having not seen a new episode for so long and having not got past the first episode of the other show on BBC2.

Half this week's Sunday Times mag devoted to The Grand Tour. It looks like it has the potential to be good.
