This suggests that Amazon Prime will be showing it within 24 hours of it's release on CBS All Access - hope so!

Yep this has got me excited. I wonder if we'll see a new Enterprise at some point (only for it to be blown up 5 minutes later wink)

Apparently I've been randomly selected for Star Trek:Picard premier tickets on the 15th January in London from Amazon

All I need to do now is work out A:If it's genuine and B:If I can make it - Given that it's come from the verified Amazon account, A is probably true, but B is potentially impossible frown

I was a teen first time round, stupidly looking forward to this and to see if that character gets a bit more rounded out.

Someone I know went to the premiere. Said it was different to what he was inspecting but he enjoyed it.

Oh, she never worked in ST for me. Not really a plus point.

That what Patrick Stewart has been saying throughout as well. This isn’t what we once knew, Picard is very different etc etc. Crossed fingers they’ve done it well

I've read a couple of things about it. They seem to believe it's 'woke'.

We shall see. smile

I have seen episode 1.
It's very melancholy He looks very old now as does Data ( in fact it looks like data could do with joining the android gym)
The younger leads are a bit breathless in comparison
Very good last few minutes with something that I wasn't expecting being revealed at the end
