What we really learnt from that episode is that without FF, then CH and PM don't gel well together.
100% agree.
Presumably, like everyone else, CH thinks PM is a pillock.
Everyone else?
Sorry. Everyone except you. smile

I didn't hate it, I just thought it was boring.

I thought it was fine though neither CH or PMG were comfortable with man-hugs. I don't think it was the absence of FF but the lack of a 3rd person. There is a reason 3 people work, bit 2 and not 4.

I prevaricate with the Corvette and imagine it will look better in the flesh but with the "Is it a Corvette" argument, we're back into "Is it a Mustang" argument.

I think the best I can say is that if you took the badge off and parked it next to a Civic Type R, you would be more inclined to think Honda than Corvette.

You think someone will confuse a Corvette with a Civic Type R? Honestly?

No he didn't, but he implied people will say "that's a Honda", when in reality they'd say "I don't know what that is" if they aren't sure. Probably the same with most people and Corvettes of old.

People could easily assume that is a new Honda NSX or the like...

No he said Honda. I think it’s clear what he was trying to say.

In fairness, take the Honda badge off of the NSX and I don't think many would know that the NSX was a Honda wink

I think people were a bit reticent with physical contact last year because batflu and associated guidelines. It was confusing the village cricket scene no end although we’ve more or less settled on fist or elbow bumps.

The problem I have with FF is that hie review of the Corvette left me thinking that I do not really buy into his opinion as it felt like this was the 1st supercar he had driven and did not really convince me he had experience of anything else to judge it against. Even if his driving skills were able to differentiate the differences.
Just what I was about to write

Weak episode but cars on TV so I continue to enjoy some of it on some level

This may come as a bit of a surprise to you, in fact, I'm sure it will, but many people watch it because it's just what is on at the time, and perhaps, hope it will at last improve. It doesn't, and they share that feeling with others (on here).

Next week, they might well watch it again, in the same hope the programe they once loved will at last improve. It doesn't, and they again share their view.

That, is why you get "reviews" (feedback) from lots and lots of poeple who think it's st.

People can't "hate" something they've watched unless they watch it........ (and judging by the "spades" of reviews in that direction, it clearly is, to an awful lot of people, st).

I agreed with Chris. The Corvette is Ferrari-like in appearance and it's steering wheel reminded me of my dad's old Austin Allegro.

Your lips are supposed to move when reading an autocue. If not, you are doing it wrong.

I pointed out a poster who hated this weeks show - despite that post being 5 minutes BEFORE it started.

Well, tonight I’ll watch ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here’ as it’ll be ‘just what’s on at the time’ this evening. Always hated it. Never watched more than 5 minutes of it, but I’ll sit through a whole episode with gritted teeth and share my “feedback” on here.
