Before we get carried away I’ve been catching up on episodes from my iPad.
One for Mumblesboy, can you ask whoever does the stuff on the app to set the advertising to play in natural breaks in the show, it’s edited for adverts so rather than just randomly spaced in the middle of talking use those breaks.

Another one for Mumbles Boy, I’ve been watching the older episodes and was thinking how about a catch up on some of the more significant cars that went through the auction? I know you follow some of the cars into restoration, but was thinking of the bigger jobs.
in particular the Cooper S that was almost more fresh air and rust than car, the Escort 2 door assuming it did get restored or converted into a rally car (which is what I thought would happen to it first time round, hence the dearth of 2 door Escorts). I guess you could have a catch up episode at the end of each series if you get recommissioned for more, or 5 mins at the end of each episode.
The DB5, 240/260Z, etc. might be a bit too recent in terms of finished, but ripe for a filmed catch up.

I hadn't realised the recent ones were a new series.
I've recorded quite a few in the past only to discover they were repeats, so hopefully these will also be repeated some time.
I'll miss Sarah and her banter.
But I'll still watch it for the entertainment value of seeing what people will pay for a load of holes and a few bits of rust, or for something that has to be strapped to a pallet to stop it splitting in two.

I’d always assumed, that once a business like this becomes part of a commercially aired TV program, the participants received payment from the producers of said program?
Surely heavily offset by the huge amount of free advertisement.I would think there’s an argument for no payment being made to Matthewsons due to that. A kind of quid pro quo.

I always watch on Catch Up and don't get any adverts at all. The mind blowing thing is that an hour long programme is only 44 minutes without adverts!
I too shall miss Sarah but at least she is keeping in touch on here!
