I'm a bit late to the game on this one, but with the event release of the film I've ended up bone watching the whole first series of The Last Kingdom today. Really enjoyed it.
Basically a bit like Game Of Thrones but set in Viking/King Alfred The Great era England.
Funny you mention this, I'm just trying to finish it as the film came out! I tried to start watching it right as I finished Vikings but didn't get on with it, mainly as it was so similar but different to Vikings (same time period almost exactly I feel) so I gave up. Went back to it a while ago and it's brilliant. I'm just getting to the end of the second to last series and can't fault it really, I've loved it. Made me wish I'd paid more attention in school when we covered the Vikings!Basically a bit like Game Of Thrones but set in Viking/King Alfred The Great era England.

Watched a couple last night and it’s good so far. Enjoyed the Lewis Capaldi documentary last night. I can't be the only one who thought his label / management were highly unprofessional and seemed rather useless? I mean, they clearly aren't, due to his success, but just seemed a bit clueless. I'm also surprised the twitching wasn't instantly recognised as potential Tourette's, especially in this day and age when it's been well documented and covered both on television and other media. I didn't know of his diagnosis and as soon as I saw it I said oh it's Tourette's. Can't be easy having so much on your shoulders all the time. I wish him the best.

Had downloaded Kill Boksoon, and started watching it on a flight this morning. About 3/4s of the way through and it's a much much better film than I was expecting.
Acting / dubbing is very good, really well shot with some decent / unusual camera shots, and an amusing script.
Thought the ending was a bit weak. Acting / dubbing is very good, really well shot with some decent / unusual camera shots, and an amusing script.
It's not bad but felt a bit soulless compared to other Korean cinema.
Much better than a lot of stuff though.

I had heard of him, but hadn't paid any attention and couldn't put any songs to his name.I recall the documentary being mentioned somewhere - perhaps elsewhere on here - and while browsing Netflix I saw it and thought I'd give it a go.
I really enjoyed it, and thought he came across as a likeable and genuine young man. Not surprising perhaps, as I'm sure he would have influenced what was shown .
I was also surprised about the late diagnosis - the TV interview he gave was acknowledged as being uncomfortable viewing.
Definitely worth a watch if you think it might appeal to you.

FLORIDA MAN, a crime capper set in Florida up to episode 3 and it is well worth a watch.
Another show where the critics have obliterated it, yet the audience scores are high... you have to wonder...An other show where it’s hard to understand the voices over background noise/music. Had to put subtitles on a few times.
