Also, am I the only one who seems to feel like Maserati have badly mishandled the MC20 "Launch"?
We had a bunch of driving videos a while ago, but I don't think I've seen a proper "review", yet now Novitec are making content with it?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7G1QjSdXgI
This seems very, very confused and given how important this car is I would have thought the big review day would have been more tightly controlled
I don't think I've seen a single English language review of it, not from the usual suspects anyway. It's probably the same as with the Ferrari Roma in that it was launched just as Covid hit, so nobody could travel to wherever the press cars were, so there wasn't the usual raft of reviews that you usually get with a properly coordinated launch. We had a bunch of driving videos a while ago, but I don't think I've seen a proper "review", yet now Novitec are making content with it?

Jayemm, just seen your 944 video. Talking up the price in advance of the next video, "Why I'm selling my 944"?
Next video is, confusingly, "944 first drive", after that it'll be a buyer's guide, then a driving review, then will be deciding whether it's a keeper or not.I realised I never do enough videos on my own cars, or historically haven't anyway, so because this is something that's fallen on my lap and is a very rare item it seemed criminal not to make some content hopefully for future buyers/enthusiasts to enjoy

MrJWW's 4.0 GT3RS is gorgeous but the cringe at the start is next level.
It's a cAr LiFesTyLe channel... if you want to be a part of it, you need to buy his glasses, stand by a lake and seductively put them on whilst looking at the body of water in front you and contemplating your life choices that have led you to buying your 911 GT3.Digga said:

Nice part of the world, but wouldn't recommend the swimming!

Maybe the same team has been used to film and produce all of them and perhaps there's more to come to spread the expense? Like I said, I have absolutely no idea!

Mr Armstrong is usually an ok watch but the faux tension when doing up some big end bolts and shouting 'YES!' as he punches the sky on start up is a little OTT for me. It's a nice enough car but his tyre choice is somewhat questionable too.
I can't watch anything he does. He's just annoying x 100000.TheAngryDog said:

I still enjoy his stuff despite the excited puppy delivery. My sense is that he really is learning as he goes and he genuinely is a bit nervous doing some of the work.Mark-996-911 said:

I was thinking that. Surely he should have spun the engine a few times without the coils plugged in. David87 said:
Definitely going to give that a watch.ro250 said:

How has Tim Rodie Drives Stuff only got 8k subs? I really like his stuff, it's very cimply, but nicely done and he's easy to listen to.

Thanks Bob (and other bald Tim). It's getting there – I'm doing it as a bit of a learning process really and I've been surprised by how nice everyone (apart from angry Americans) is in the comments. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwyPFBC5qshNQVyIn...
It's weird… on the car channel I get mostly positive comments unless I say nice things about the BMW iX (an ugly car that is utterly brilliant once you actually drive it), while on the bike channel I get mostly positive comments unless I dare criticise the Honda Goldwing's brakes, in which case I get a deluge of angry Americans telling me the brakes are fine for road riding. There really are certain triggers for different nationalities. I called out the BMW M5 Competition for being a bit meh, and half of eastern europe (well, the 3 people that watched my video) exploded.
