We have this guy on Shark Tank. He's richer than all the other American Sharks, British Dragons and Canadian Dragons put together. Sometimes he'll make a deal just to ps off and gazzump the others. There's not that much they can do about it as he really does have fk off money. It would be like having Mike Ashley on the British show - now that really would be great TV.
In the US a product is pretty much guaranteed to do a few million $ just through having been on the show so there's no real risk.

Tuca went in hard with that offer, 45% and give up the £100k plus. Nicks counter offer was more reasonable!
Thing is he has no patent and no real sales, to tool for the strap is well under £10k then you source a watch mech which are ten a penny - doesn't make sense to pay so much.Self-pour self-pay beer thing already exists, and has done for a few years, for example at the Thirsty Bear pub in London Waterloo where they have two pumps at each table and an ipad (or similar) which shows your balance, to the ml/penny as you pour. You can order other drinks and food off the ipad as well; and it all gets charged to the credit card that you lodge at the main bar first, tab-style. They did have a sister pub in Fulham with something similar, but with a sort of smart card that they give you in place of your credit card, I haven't been there for a long time.
His big problem is the local councils won't like it because you are removing the barman from the process, and an important function of the barman is to determine if someone's already had enough to drink.
As for the brownie people how many such companies can the country stand FFS.
