The Grand Tour

Well i quite enjoyed that , much better than the last one for sure !
Still not fresh but i think that ship has sailed ?
The random testing of decent muscle cars was weird tho.
The caravans were quickly dealt with also.
The car modifications part was pointless really , what they did to 3 cars was miles less than what they used to do to one car !
Weren’t they in Scotland not that long ago doing part of the 500 ?

Because of lockdown, they had to stay in the UK. There's a second part to "Lochdown" (called, I don't know what), filmed in England and Wales in May, due to be shown later this year. They were originally going to go to Russia, but that understandably got canned, and is now back on for 2022Just watched it.
In comparison to their best stuff it was woeful, but still better than most dross that dresses itself up as entertainment. As to contract obligations I find it hard to beleive that such a contract would not have some kind of pandemic clause.
Hammond should have been dumped years ago.

Indeed. It's easy viewing, a bit of escapism from today's rubbish TV. You know what is going to happen, but you don't care. Like watching the A Team. They always rocked up, fell out with the local bully, built a tank out of tinfoil, armed to the teeth, nobody died, BA was always drugged to fly, baddies ran away. Still watched it each week.
In “The Sound of Thunder”, General Fulbright is killed by Vietnamese soldiers shortly after the rescue of his daughter but crucially, before he can clear the A-Team of the wrongful sentancing for the crime they did not commit….pablo said:

Watchable rubbish. So just like the rest of the retirement fund episodes. I actually enjoy them but I did think this one was particularly poor, but not poor enough to switch off. I liked the one in boats the best but seems I plough a lonely furrow
I think the boat one is my favourite too, have watched it 3 or 4 times over the months and still enjoy itI am trying to watch Lochdown but I’m stuck in an endless loop of season 4 or the trailer. I’m using the Prime App on an LG tv. No matter what I do, I can’t watch it. Tried contacting Amazon but their chat service is down and apparently I’ve blocked their calls. Never experienced anything like this before and normally Amazon’s customer service is second to none so I guess I’ll try again tomorrow.

That happened to me on sky app, just search lochdown and you should get an advert AND the episode. Then pick the episode.Flumpo said:

Netflix is perfect 4k.
The irony I mention? Netflix and Disney+ are hosted on Amazon's platform.
