It was absolutely awful I thought. and I’ve really enjoyed the others.
Felt flat, unfinished, disjointed, the banger racing scene was to pad it out and pointless, as was the 37 minutes to the shooting place in completely different cars?
Just looked like, they got lots of footage of the, doing things in American cars and stuck it all together.
Woeful TV, such a shame.

Never seen Hammond eat so much before. Bit short on scenery which was a disappointment having done Lewis/Harris/North and South Uist 2 years ago.
Seeing them on the Applecross 'Stelvio Pass' road reminded me the fastest vehicle on that road is the Tesco delivery van.
Haha agree here on the way across Scotland on the A87 sometime a Tesco Van just bombs past the single track road, Don’t worry about the passing places just boot it all the way mate.Never seen Hammond eat so much before. Yep I noticed that - the red pennant(s) had Wuhan written on them at first, then blurred out to a plain red in all subsequent shots. It must have been deliberate to leave it there in some frames but not others, but can’t really think why TBH since they made it much more obvious over the following couple of minutes that it was supposed to be a Chinese pastiche of a sports bar.It was on screen for about 3 seconds then edited out in subsequent shots.
It was about what you expect. Perked u a bit at the end with what looked like a bit of danger.
Bit controvertial I know but what is the obsession with spectacular views. Its just geology and weather . Up close what you are looking at is mud and dirt and rock.
The clue its nothing special is nobody to be seen anywhere as its a terrible place to be for more than a few minutes. They must be in calhoots with
the scottish tourist board.
Shows like this probably used to cost a lot in the helicopter and broadcast camera days but a 4k drone and some landscape makes for cheap telly in 2021.
