BIB - Is that true? I thought he was just a miserable git who had a grand old hall as a home.
Yip, the show acknowledged this when Stannis (one of the best) told Sam he respected his father. From the books, Randyll is responsible for many victories, and losses not being as bad as they could have been.
I have a new part-time job that allows me time to read lots of GoT theories... ![biggrin](/inc/images/biggrin.gif)
Found this letter all the way from 1993, it's not a spoiler as so much of the story has changed, it really is quite interesting to see how it has changed, all for the better.

Dont tell me you missed the bit where they was chatting and the actress told Ayra about her background and how she ran away the next day with the troupe
You know, I'm very good at spotting some things, totally miss others...and just last page I said there are no wasted lines of dialogue and filler!! ![laugh](/inc/images/laugh.gif)
I think I'm better on visual clues.

useless, absolutely useless.
I still cant believe we are going to get x-men 2nd class as the outcome.
Also, that this tv series still covers alot of the books such as:
Jamie heading up to RR for his chat and im guessing more training
Ramsey will have 'red' feast with the fake rickon with Jon and the Vale outside creating the diversion
Jon taking over Stannis role in marching South with an Army, dont forget it snows heavily in the books = white walkers South of the wall as they move when its cold
Dorne Tristan was meant to die by dragon so im guessing theyll provide the army though it was always hinted at in the books they would join forces
High Sparrow there is talk of him being Howland Reed, given that people think Jon and Meera are half Targ, Ned is dead but who else is there to confirm as it wont be written down and only 2 people survived to know,1 is now dead. He is also turning the peasants against the Lannisters slowly despite controlling the king
I still think Cersei will be sat on the iron throne come the end but everything she loved will be gone
I doubt we'll get anything like X-Men, I reckon that one loop was it. Cersei will end up a wI still cant believe we are going to get x-men 2nd class as the outcome.

I think it's where the show suffers in that Dorne and Essos don't really have the larger feel of the North or Kings Landing as they can't waste screentime showing proles doing prole things, so we only see them when it relates to the story- like Margery visiting the orphanage.
It developed Margery's character, but also gave us an idea of the size and culture of Kings Landing. You don't get much of the same with the other plotlines. Dorne is a garden, Mereen is a pyramid.
They need a directors cut of GoT with two hour episodes.![laugh](/inc/images/laugh.gif)
Exactly, that's what Dorne is, a garden, 90-120 min eps would be perfect. It developed Margery's character, but also gave us an idea of the size and culture of Kings Landing. You don't get much of the same with the other plotlines. Dorne is a garden, Mereen is a pyramid.
