I got the Matrix box set earlier this year, looks great but in the 2nd film you can see a lot of the effects. Especially with the battle between Neo and all of the agents, looks a bit cartoony then. Another one i can't believe people haven't mentioned is Shooter, excellant quality and one my favourite films.
