There was a nice moment on the F1 grid walk with Billy and Martin on Sky. They walked up to Gerry Horner to do a music bit and she was all over Billy for the documentary and his driving. Quality.

He is such an impressive very young man. I hope he gets all he desires in life because he deserves it.

Who'd be a mum eh....but you can't stop your kids doing what they love.
Are there any other disabled race drivers out there at this level ?

Watched the documentary last night , prior to doing so I'd warned my wife I'd more than likely be blubbing . I did , she got all motherly , was great to turn on the race at 0630 our time and see Billy doing the walk , we can only wish him the best of fortune from now on , what a great character.

Finally watched this tonight.

What an incredible young man. What could have been a life ending incident, he's not let it affect him and will continue towards his goal of racing.

He was in the Mercedes pit as a guest at the weekends Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
The commentary said he was doing a Halo extraction test so could race in GP3 next season.
Things are progressing.
