American Shameless looks poor.

I was surprised to see the UK Shamless on TV in Sydney once. Seems to go down OK over there.

Have they just re-shot the original script with American actors, or is it completely different?

Very strange episode last night. Really couldn't work out what was going on with the funny voiced one from This Is England.

Why is it people keep dying and nobody benefits?

Ie, Libby's mother married that guy, then he hung himself. Why didn't she inherit his property. etc?

Last night, girl topped herself, will Libby inherit her expensive property, etc as she adopted her? Probably not.

In the last series, Karl's brother was given a house, then you never heard much about it after that.

This series definitely isn't a patch on the previous ones. Feels like it's trying to be a bit too 'clever'.

Sorry, yeah, I mean will Lillian inherit all her adopted daughters stuff. I expect it'll be another one of those things never mentioend again.

I was bloody impressed by the Police response. In the time it took her to walk down the stairs, there was a full cordon and witness trawl taking place.

Anyone else noticed that some of the acting has been really bad these last few episodes?

Most of the cast are on top form (the Maguires are ace) but Lillian, Bonnie and Sita(?) are dire actors.
