I'm catching up on content and watching the TDC Nurburgring trip. I must say I take issue with the implications they got seriously tanked up overnight on a road trip. That's not cool.
To be fair, that wasn't the dodgiest thing in that video - I'm sure riding along in a car on a trailer on a motorway isn't particularly safe or legal.jayemm89 said:

Is there anything in these videos which people wont pick at? They said on a podcast recently that they were booted out of the bar at Midnight due to the barmaid having a tag on her and needed to be back at her home or wherever.
If they left to go home/IKEA (as per their video) it was probably lunchtime at very least. That's more than enough time for it to exit their systems.
Its not like most people who drive to their local in villages. Drink all night, drive home and up early the next morning - and yes, this happens all over the country in smaller villages still, visit any small country pub.

It sounds like Will was up half the night vomiting so I was surprised to see him driving the next day (although I have no idea what time the next day that happened). KillerHERTZ said:

I now live in Cambridge and if I'm ever driving on rural roads at night I ALWAYS come across a drunk driver going 15mph bouncing off the curb. I used to call the police to alert them until I realised it's such a regular a occurance there's no point anymore.

I grew up in Newcastle until I was in my 20s. Arguably the drinking capital of the country. I never saw a drunk driver.

Ditto, I'm in just outside of Cambridge. Any of the roads around Cottenham, Willingham etc any evening is full of white vans/pick up trucks swaying all over the place. I bet their core 'lads lads lads' audience lapped it up, just like the hilarious arse slapping and screaming.Dave200 said:

Really enjoyed the TDC video I have to say. Also enjoyed that they’re doing their own thing, while still including the others. Felt very different to an AA video even though they were all in it.
Also, great editing.
Looking forward to more from them.
At no point did that video feel any different to an AA video, same styleAlso, great editing.

What I suspect will happen is 3 channels all doing the same ideas, TDC just feels like AA V3 already.
Fair play to him for doing it but I cannot see the view count staying high, people will soon pick and chose.
I've binned off TDC already. I'm not particularly invested in either presenter. That kind of stuff is more than covered with Alex and Taylor already. Fair play to him for doing it but I cannot see the view count staying high, people will soon pick and chose.
