Is "Tulisa" rather than "Toulisa" - if it helps with your search her name is "Tulisa Contostavlos". Apparently she hasn't done a great job of blocking it but I haven't seen it due to being at work and that kind of thing being frowned upon.

Considering she's probably not 100% stupid and being under the age of 60 has a vague understanding of the internet, I can't see why she would expect the legal profession to stop the video getting out.
